Ruth S. McNevin has been a full-time, independent real estate professional since 1987. She obtained her broker’s license in 1997 and now specializes in quality real estate service using professional training, continuing education, and the latest technology in advertising.

Honors

Ruth is a consistent multi-million dollar producer who has repeatedly been recognized for her outstanding performance. She has been listed in the Who’s Who of Residential Real Estate and honored by Home Buyer’s Guide as a Top Producer. Ruth has achieved the prestigious ranking of President’s Circle and President’s Elite in 2000 and 2001. In 2001 Ruth achieved the coveted Platinum Club designation; the 100% Club was achieved in 2002 and Platinum Club again in 2003.

Ruth achieves this kind of success through a combination of skills, many of which are gained through her in-depth and continually updated education. She holds three of the industry’s most prestigious professional designations. Her GRI designation indicates that she is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. Her CRS designation shows that she has completed requirements that make her a Certified Residential Specialist. In addition, The SRES Designation indicates additional education obtained to assist seniors with their real estate needs. Less than 4% of all REALTORS® nationwide hold these three designations.
